Service Cancellation

Cancellations made before service execution may be eligible for a refund.

Once the service has been completed, refunds will not be provided.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered as agreed
- There was a billing or payment error
- The service could not be completed due to technical limitations
Non-Refundable Cases
- Completed services
- Services declined after technician arrival
- Replacement parts already installed
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
